Scania v8 730hp

They run them in Russia in the 80s and 90s with special permit like some Finnish companies did also. Finnish companies did it already in the 60s, didn't need any permits back then... My ex-boss was the first one to pull those combinations to Moscow, with 250 hp Scania LBS 76, totalling almost 100000 kg. Trailers came from Sweden where they were allowed back then but limited to 40 km/h (no one drove that slow..).

 

Yeah it can in holland, 25.25 m allowed there, that's hitched together to form one trailer ( if u look closely u will see a square hole and that drawbar goes completely inside making one 45 ft trailer that can be hitched directly to the tractor or another trailer to make an eco combi

Nope it's a 45 ft combi split in half, can carry 45, 40 or two 20 ft's then can be split in half to deliver containers separately , slot of Dutch guys have another trailer attached to the front that can carry a 20 or 30 ft container aswell

 

30'- we use 20 and 40' only here

 

I meant it can not be pulled alone, only when attached to another part.

 

30s are tank or bulk containers.

 

I guess the idea is it can carry any size in Alot of different combinations- 30 &40, 20& 45, 3* 20's etc, search lzv ecocombi on google I can't post pics from my phone

 

Nope ure right, the thing is if u got one 20ft u can deliver as usual but if u got 2 you can separate after delivering the one on the back and deliver the front one without doing two trips to the port
