I've been told by a few drivers that our shower credits are not suppose to expire at Pilot/Flying J. Mine always do, is there something I'm suppose to do about that?

They will expire, I forget how long they last but you can ask at the fuel desk and they will tell you.

    But ya....shower more often.

five days unless you're a 'premium' member. Then 7 days.
Premium members are those that buy a certain amount of fuel...I think 1,000 gallons the previous month.

I'm a 14/7 driver, so I have no shower credits every time I come off home time. Its really rather annoying. Especially since I prefer to shower at the end of every day before I climb in the sleeper. I guess I'll just add these receipts to my tax write offs.

Roehl used to have a deal with Pilot, your showers used to last a little longer. Once they hooked up with Flying J, I think that all ended. Sometimes you need to bite the bullet and pull out the wallet and pay for your shower, or plan on endding up somewhere where you can get one cheap. Alot of the smaller mom and pop's usually have showers for less, like the Kwik Trips in Wisconsin, they are only $5. You will learn.

Roehl's showers at Pilot are good for 14 days.

Mine never stay on there that long. Maybe I need to say something to a Pilot Manager.

This subject boils my blood. Trucking companies spend all that money on fuel. We as truckers spend all that money on overpriced everything in there stores. We damage our equipment and selves in their crappy lil parking lots(and by damage I dont mean hitting another truck, talking about potholes) and many other PITA things. That shower is sometimes the best part of the day, but we earned only 5 days to that shower?! Yet another reason I question why Im still out here!!
