Well Pulling a 34 at home out of hours and picking up nothing for 48 so Same difference but I get to sleep in my Wife's Bed Ye haw. or as Foxfire says " SMOKIN"

 

Got to Sysco in Houston, back in at 06:00. The lumpers start to unload right away, i think great, I can get out of here quick, WRONG, 5 hours latter paper work comes out, after i went in and voiced my concerns, I have a 2nd load, which I am now late for, I am on elogs and my time is running, and because you took so long, i have to refuse a preplan due to lack of hours. (Preplan was tight run to begin with). back to t/s to sit.

 

Pretty much every time I've been at a Sysco (except to drop and pickup an empty) it has been the same thing. Especially the one in Northern VA. Go there to pickup a reefer, had to wait until they beep me (little restaurant beepers), usually at 4:00am, then dodge all the tired GreatWide drivers running around the facility at insane speeds.

 

Got to Douglas GA Pilgrims about 11 hrs before my live load time. 1st time here, not bad, good parking area and easy back, a restaurant across the street and they had me loaded 1 hr ahead of schedule. Note to planners, plz send me back here instead of Gainesville. Thank you.

Dang Mile Hi Bud Douglas Ga. is the next town over from me about 25 miles away. I hope if I get on with JBS I get that one when I ask for hometime... I knew there was a pilgrim pride over as I know some who work there but I have never been to the business.

Im still waiting on my man to come home, in Ga right now waiting on a load that will come into Fla. as he was told NO more dead heads into Fl. So another week has gone by and still no one sleeping in my bed LOL
