Cobra Electronics 7700 PRO GPS

Im a new driver for this company and they had a Cobra 7700 pro installed before I took over as their driver....My only question is How do you update the maps? I have used the USB port and thought by connecting it to my computer it would install some kind of software so that I can update things. So far it has not said anything or prompted for an update request.

How maps and program installed to device ? Is it done using a memory card ?

Does Cobra 7750 has SD-slot for SD card ?

What is the way to update mapping ?

last map update was done by DVD or memory card
they have been promising a new update since February at this rate the new update will be outdated before its released
