On elogs and finished this week with 3227 miles. of course my week started with a tad over 1300 when i delivered in pa monday am just after midnight would have finished with 2687 but they asked me to swap with a driver to get him home which gave me almost 600 extra miles. With the elog/average mile questions in mind, i went back and got a true average miles for the past 8 weeks (short week for 4th of July of course which i only had 1557) and comes out to 2144 miles per week.

What is the cost of Mavericks medical insurance plan for family weekly and does it include dental, vision and prescription?

$100 per week...dental and vision are each a plan to themselves...I forget the cost of dental and vision.

Myself...I'm not at all happy with Mavericks medical insurance...$5,200 a year + $500 per person deductible...we never meet the deductible and end up paying about $6,000 per year...it would be cheaper for us to just pay the #### doctor bills.

Having said that...I doubt its any better anywhere else...its the insurance companies that have it all "F'ed" up...not Maverick.

Wow, that's pretty pricy. I have medical that includes dental, vision, and Rx and only have a $500 total family deductible annually that costs me $15 every 2 weeks. My wife also has the same coverage where she works so its not really an issue as she can cover me when I go to work with Maverick. Thanks for the info.

You're right, it;s not. We actually have it a lot better than many companies, especially the smaller ones.

I'm not driving right now. I work for a major automotive manufacturer. The reason I'm looking for a change is because I'm tired of having to pick up everyones slack because they are lazy and don't care about the quality of their work. I was raised differently. I take pride and ownership in my work and always do the best I can. That's why I want to get into driving, because I'm responsible solely for my load and don't have to depend on others. Don't get me wrong, I'm a team player, but theses days so many only want to draw a check whereas I take pride in my work.
