My wife lost her Mother this morning. She went on to be with the Lord while sleeping.
I will deliver on Tuesday and then dead head home for the funeral on Wednesday and try to go back out on Thursday. -
maverick will send you through the ringer to see if you can handle them, very trickey in classes, one time you'll be in room 1 next time you'll be in 3, and so on, listen very close to whom ever is talking because they only say it once, to me it was like cattle herding through a slaughter yard, they promised me flatbed home every wk and put me through classes sunday through thursday , hired me thursday, then came friday and told me i was going to glass division in nc on saturday nite, now they know nothing about glass in little rock, got to nc saturday nite met bruce and he said we would be training there for 3 to 4 wks on how to secure glass then out with a trainer for 6-8 weeks thats when i had enough and quit, hope this helps out

I never felt like cattle. And they always tell you where the next class is! If a person can not find the classroom, then they will have a hard time finding their way through a steel mill for sure.
Not sure if Glass was a total surprise to you or not, but you would have got home with your trainer.
Hope you find what you are looking for...you quit an excellent company!notarps4me Thanks this. -
And to challenge your point that they only say it once....that is pure nonsense. They will repeat it as many times as you need them to as long as you are making progress. I thought their training was excellent!Flatbedder 1966 and notarps4me Thank this. -
They are in a bit of a pinch for glass haulers...they lost 4 more to MFS just last week...but still, I find it hard to believe they'd spring glass hauling on you like that.
And finally....you likely could have made a chunk of $$$ had you stayed. They DO have glass to haul and you could have switched to flat bed later...also, glass is specialized freight, looks good on a resume -
