busy truck driver cb channels in wisconsin

    hey all do know what the busy truck driver freq are ?. because i run channel 15 16 and 9 and 19 and i go by billy the kid on the cb in Wisconsin.
    but i get nothing with the Chan i scan all 40. and dead on Chan 6, so if u truckers need some body to chat with while in Wisconsin hit me up on Chan 15 16 9 19 billy the kid running the handle thanks BILLY THE KID >

    I have a CB but it is unlikely ypu will hear it.

    Much background you hear is skip with out it the band sounds quite ...

    Yep key blunder ......
    I run mobile on CB I do have a limited base Right now there is little skip or long distance signals so not much to lissen too ...

    Hello BTK...

    I guess it depends on where you're at but here in Missouri skip has been rolling off and on lately. You'll know when skip is rolling because the channels will be real noisy and you'll hear people all over.

    Sometimes you can talk back to them, sometimes not. It all depends but it's hit or miss during skip. Except maybe channel 6, which is where the big dogs with the 10k + watts of power play. You better be packing as much as they are if you want to stand a chance to talk back.

    Channel 9 is/was the emergency channel but it's seldom monitored anymore. Not much of a chance you'll hear anyone there.

    Channel 19 is the highway communications channel. Go near an interstate you outta hear someone there. If not there then hit up the nearest truck stop. Someone's bound to have their radio on.
