Long story short, I'll be needing truckers soon.

How much are truckers, on average, paid per mile?

If I'm shipping nationwide, would I need a station or two in every state, or a few states?

How big is an average truck?

How many standard size cases does it hold?

Google trucking brokers. I think that will be your best source of info.

Shipping what, and to whom? I don't really see why you'd need "stations" throughout the country unless you either had your own fleet of trucks, or else had multiple locations you were shipping from.

A van trailer is typically 53 feet long, 102 inches wide, and a total of 13'6" high, while the box itself normally has an inside height of 110".
