The best way to handle this is not to respond and ignore the posts. The fact that people respond is what they are looking for.

Hi, I have a question about Crete. My husband is considering doing regional runs. Does Crete give the regional driver a couple of different runs to choose from or are they limited to the one run they're offered.

I'm aware that a recruiter will tell you anything, so I thought I would ask here.

    Thank you in advance

I have run regional for Crete for the past 6 years. I might get a multiple load offer once or twice in a year. Now, just because they only offer you one load, it does not mean there is no other freight available. If they offer you something very unproductive or something you can't log legally, you can ask for another offer and most of the time they will work with you.

Sweet Tea and Lonesome Thank this.

This is a strange case. I always seem to be leaning forward when dollying a trailer and if the handle would break I would be more inclined to fall forward if at all, rather then backward. I don't know, maybe he was doing it on a sheet of ice or something. But it seems a weird way to get all the injury's that where described. Guess I better be careful with those dolly handles.

'crete carrier corportation',, of lincoln, nebr is one of the 'worse'.. When a driver gets injuried, on the job, like i did, they have 'no care'.. They wish that we drivers would 'die'.. They have very "low life type people",, running the company.. They "payoff lawyers".. "crete carrier corportation", went down, since "mr acklie", retired..

what i want to know is how in the world did you fall backwards into another trailer and hurt yourself that badly all you was doing (if i understand your post correctly),was spinning the landing gear dolly arm even if it was stuck it seems hard for you to fall like that..
I hurt my back once working on a arm that was stuck proper stance kept me from being out more than 30 days
