FYI for anybody picking up in Marshalltown, the scale at the yard is wrong, ALWAYS go to a CAT scale!

My last 2 loads from there I had to take back to the plant. Picked up a load last night and scaled out at 80,540 with half a tank of fuel!

Firefox and I hung out in Marshalltown last night and ran into a new JBS driver that had some issues I would like to share with other new drivers............

When they send you a Preplan, if you do not have the hours available to make the drop on time legally then DO NOT accept the load! By the time this driver got loaded he was already late for his 6am delivery in Chicago!

He also bought some DEF for his Peterbilt......................:biggrin_25510:
Unless you get a new KW you don't need DEF!

He also bought some DEF for his Peterbilt... If that show foreman that comes into orientation would talk about the truck and not "HR" issues that could have been addressed ...

When they send you a Preplan, if you do not have the hours available to make the drop on time legally then DO NOT accept the load! By the time this driver got loaded he was already late for his 6am delivery in Chicago! That is so right!!

Accept all pp or they will take your safety bonus. If you look right before you look left they will take your safety bonus, if you never get to a yard to take the safety class they will take your safety bonus. If your breath more then 60 seconds in every minute they will take your safety bonus. If you call them or use your qualcom and leave a voice message in which they will not get back to you. They will take your safety bonus. If you quit b4 the quarter is out. Hahaha they will take your safety bonus. If you get annoyed at all the qualcom messages about not calling them they will take your safety bonus. If you buy def for a pete. They will take your safety bonus. JB Sit and wait till we get to ya. Gotta lovem!!!

First off, why don't you "READ" what I posted before commenting on it!!!!!
I stated, "What we were TOLD" and was for "layover"...you see how that is in quotation marks??????? I wasn't "EXPLAINING" any thing, I was simply "STATING" what we were "TOLD" in orientation!!!!!

Seems to me as though my post had "SPECULATION" in it as I was "UNSURE" if the information I was told was correct....BUT I DO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE TRAINER PAY AND BELIEVE THAT IF YOU WANT TO TRAIN FOR THE "RIGHT" REASONS, IT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN SUCH AN ISSUE!!!!!

You have alot of assumptions to make. Are you disgruntled? Are you in Miami? I'm not and not headed there.

I'm glad you are entertained by what I post as I am a pretty entertaining guy....

To entertain your assumption I will let you in on my load. I was dispatched out of Greeley to Hyrum. Picked up and it delivers to Greensboro and Upper Darby. Don't think I'll be having much of an issue getting freight out of here to head back.

But thanks for your concern, I'll keep the fact that getting freight out of Miami is a pain in the arse....lol

I want you to understand that I had no ill intentions with any of my posts on this thread or any other.... I am simply trying to help others who "you" may not feel worthy to respond to. I haven't given any info that I wasn't told and if there are discrepancies then they can be followed up by you....

Also, don't know how you feel bout J.B.S. but I think they are an exceptional company as although they are going through a transitional state, they have shown much more integrity and respect to me "a new driver for them" but much more then any other "large" company out there.....you can disagree or agree but we are both entitled to our own opinions...
