The 11pm est and 2 am coordinates are about the same, so it didn't move much in that time frame.

I am not annoyed, mad or anything... just cleared up my statement. And yep I guess the word NOR could be mistaken for OR but I never throught of that at the time.

I'm setting in Baltimore getting u.loaded as we speak. Hoping to get finished andd reloaded so I can get the hell outta here before it becomes more of a nightmare than it will be anyway.

I don't know if he can get in there. Once an evacuation starts, traffic only goes in one direction.
Usually it's 24 hours before going out and the next 24 hours coming back in. If he gets in, it'll be the very last minute delivery.
115 mile hour winds is nothing to fool with. I would have to think twice and really know where the storm is before I went in. I would also have to have a preplan waiting. The outer bands probably have 75mph winds. That's enough to flip a truck. No way would I sit there empty. Anytime I went to Wilmington, I would DH to Charlotte. Hopefully they done something like that. I have a feeling he is sitting west of I-95 and has to wait it out.
Edit: He went to Charleston, I thought it was Wilmington. He should be okay. But I think SC ordered an evacuation?
