Are there good miles with prime? I use to drive for central refrigerated and getting 2700 to 3200 miles a wk. I got out of otr for 18 months and now work for S W I F T and lucky to get 2200. Most of my loads have been around 300 with multiple stops. I am thinking on going back to refrigerated loads and have my eye on prime. Are you guys on e logs?

To prime drivers, i wanna know if i could take truck training at john tyler comm. coll. in va. and be hired by prime after i graduate from the full time course? I have not call
prime yet because i want to wait until i close my employment gap 1st. plus i want to here your opinions on it. Thanks. -
Take the training at Prime. It will likely be better and its free if you stay on 1 year. Some people frown about being locked in for a year and opt to get their training elsewhere, I thought about doing that myself. But I looked at it this way. Most other good opportunities require one year of experience anyway, so I may as well take the free deal and after getting my one year in, I could go wherever else I wanted. Next month will be two years and I'm not going anywhere...
