Oh, if they only knew how stupid that makes them look. Your not cool, and put some air in that seat!
Sit low with a long shifter?

To each their own I suppose. I leave my seat on the floor because I spend as much time off road as on and the bouncing and the squeak they get make me insane. It seemed uncomfortable at first but I came off the OTR thing and hit the oil fields a little over 3 years ago and now I'm so used to it being on the floor I feel weird in an aired up seat that moves with the bumps.
The shifter, that's just to look cool. The only thing I ever see it on is bull haulers. Seems like ape hangers on a harley to me as well. -
LOL. I drive a 379. my seat has air in it, my shifter is still stock length.
I used to run with my seat down because I did nto care for the bouncing. My back always hurt and my legs always hurt. Started running my seat up and the back and leg pains went away. I still keep the seat locked so that it can't slide back and forth though. Can't stand that.
Recently, I have started running with my steering wheel in the non tilted position. I don't seem to drift with the bumps anymore.
But was thinking about the shifter just yesterday. Would not mind it being about 8 inches longer with a bend to push it a little closer to the dash. I have short legs and it feels like I am pulling the shifter behind me. -
As far as color coordinated you can pretty much call it a daily uniform. Even color coordinate pajamas. Lmao
All sarcasm. -
Some old trucks have two shifters. Brownie!
-
Smaggs, do you honestly think BW9 does not know that?
He's calling it fake because it is. He also knows the difference. It has to do with the spacing of the shifters on the floor. I believe a real Brownie will have the shifters spaced further apart.
