I hate the way you talk down to other people, for starters 99.9% of american people I know are great people! Then there's the arrogant type like you, let's not forget American achievements (or lack of) all that America holds dear was invented somewhere else, telephone: Italy (wasn't Alexander Graham bell by the way, Italian Antonio meucci) , TV: Scotland, flight: china , jet engine: England, rockets: England , computer: England , v8 engine: France , nuclear technology: Germany , the automobile : Germany , submarine: Irish , Resubmersible submarine: Irish, the White house: Irish , America : Europe , rotary washing line: Australia ( had to give them a mention their only invention lol ) so just know what you are talking about before you talk down to or try insult other people because this sets a tone that I know the ordinary decent American does not appreciate, and attitudes like yours give the rest of us a poor yet inaccurate view of what I know are a great people!
Can you not just be nice?

AK47 is king in reliability, not so great at range and accuracy. Though we did revise the M16 to make it more reliable and upgraded the barrel on the M60 to stand up to 15,000 rounds of continuous fire without overheating. Beyond that, Metal Storm.
Where the Russians were a real threat was numbers. We could field a couple hundred high tech fighters and they could throw 1500 migs at them. Was the same way with tanks and nukes. In fact, if you look at nukes, it's true that they set off the largest nuke ever, the Tsar Bomba at 58 megatons. They could have made it over 120MT but they figured, correctly, that that would be overkill.
It was very impressive, however the reason they built such large warheads was because their targeting systems weren't as good as ours. We can drop a bomb in someone's shirt pocket, and they can drop a bomb so big that it kills the guy from miles away.

Ah, I found it. The Boeing project was cancelled due to budgeting, not design failure. That and the Concorde was already flying. Speaking of which:

Have you seen any videos of the su37? It can turn in it's own length! 37 feet, and it doesn't have the complexities of a VTOL aircraft, check it out, you will be astonished! -
As for the eurofighter, it started life as A high manouverabilty dog fighter, now there is no-one to dog fight against it was adopted for ground attack and bomber but is no better at this role than what America came up with 20 years ago,

How did this thread get from an f350 with a scania engine to this? Speaking of which; scania does make an exceptional fighter plane not to be dismissed either, the Saab griffin; ( made my Saab-scania Sweden not Saab car company)

I'm not by the way trying to insult Americans or anything like that, im very pro-American ! I just think it's wrong for that guy to insult Pablo and his country , it shouldn't happen at all , not least on a trucking forum

I found a problem with the SU-37. It's not a production fighter. They only built two prototypes. So no dogfight can happen. The closest thing they have is the T-50 prototypes which, if they go into production, won't be in service till 2015.
I've been watching a few F-22 videos too. It can do all these things. YouTube has plenty of video of it. As of now, there's nothing in the air that can match the F-22. -
There was a big operation called Red Flag in 08 where all our allies show up and we had a huge dogfight to practice air combat and stuff. Russia didn't show up but India did. They buy most of their fighters from Russia so they had a bunch of Sukhoi aircraft. The F-22's went 144 kills to zero in the entire exercise. Nobody scored a single hit on a raptor.
