I've only driven through Effingham, never stopped there before. Which TS would be best for a 34?

Baffles me how this company expects and boasts about high on time delivery percentages but can't get drivers home at the same high percentage.(even with a 24 hr grace window) The BS line in orientation about home time being a high priority is just that BS. 3rd time in a row that I will miss the weekend at home. I can't accept the excuse of "that's trucking". I plan everyday of my multiple day trips in advance to make an on time delivery. Why won't the planners do the same? Because they don't give a ##### about the driver, only their freight. Time to look for a place that can get me home on time.

    DocRox and hazmat777 Thank this.

What really ticks me off is when you go home and they have 2-3 days to find you a load to pick up on Monday morning and then you sit there half the day waiting!

PLANNERS: DONT WAIT TO THE LAST MINUTE! PLAN AHEAD! THATS YOUR JOB!

DocRox, srvmcmxc and LadyDriverCO Thank this.

I sent numerous reminders this week. I am 2 days from home and have been sitting for over 24 hrs without a pre-plan. They were aware and had time to act. The only conclusion is they don't care. Makes it hard for me to care about how I do my job. Getting home on time is pretty much the only think I expect from them. I really do like working for this company but this has me so pissed it may be to late for me.

    DocRox Thanks this.
