well the new rules were suppose to be released today for HOS, FMCSA says now they are not going to be.

I'm looking for a good template to use in Excel or the best CHEAP software to recap my husband's logs. I would like something I can print the recaps for our records to keep in the event of an audit but also something that is easy to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
