Hey guys ive read this whole thing since playmaker started it im a Vet of OIF-OEF and was suppose to be there a couple months ago but the recruiter called me right before iWas due to leave because iWasn't 23 yet dec13 ill be. Until now im doing work at my unit and just preparing. I already have my dot medical card and class a permit. I have a pre hire for KLLM also my unc a owner op there. Out of everything ive heard this company seems really good. The only time i need hometime is for drill once a month. Im divorced no kids and small bills rent, electric, water, cell phone. And ive went on the road enough to know how companies treat their drivers take the good and the bad as long as you stay positive and humble you will do great. Being in the army you have to stay grounded and just do your job dont complain.

The only vans FFE uses are reefer. Sometimes you get a dry load in a reefer but most of the time the reefer is keeping you awake. You get used to it for the most part. Except the LTL trailers, they are old, rode hard and put away wet. Sooo loud they can wake the dead. Every morning I take out my earplugs, and peek through the curtain and I usually have 2 parking spots on each side of me empty. -
So seeing as I am from Southern California am I gonna have any luck getting back this way to get some hometime every 2-3 weeks? And how about during my training on the truck will I be able to sneak in a few hours to see my family around the Fontana area? -

Headed to trainers class. Got a great run out of Dallas for me and Sandi's last run together. Dallas to Blthye then pick up in Burbank and take that load to Pineville NC, then go to Atlanta to pick up a Conway load and deliver it in Dallas. Great miles from new DM.

Doing good there, on hometime right now so the first load out wont be that great. Gonna ty and makeup for it by requesting a good long run, and planning on staying out this time till first of the year.
THE PLAYMAKER Thanks this.
