You are rewarded for a clean inspection. You get to keep your job.
Side note: Some companies do offer rewards for clean CSA inspections.

This is funny, higher pay safer roads. Higher pay will never happen as long as mega fleets keep training drivers that dont have a clue what trucking is about and fleased o/o keeps falling for the bs. I see more rate cutting companys going out than i do ones with bad saftey numbers. Its funny how with the new hours of service a few years back the roads are the safest they have ever bin with accidents and deaths at an all time low. I will say this again anybody that thinks eobrs and speed limiters are for safty and will make things safer needs to pull there head out of there rear end and see the light. I'am gald i only have about 15 more years driving because with the new breed of drivers allready around and comeing up trucking is only going to get worst. As one on here said the new guys are going to show us how its done. From what i've seen so far from alot of newbies all there going to show us is how to screw thing up even more.

E-logs are a different ball game. The purpose of e-logs is to reduce major log violations. Drivers running with a e-log are less likely to cause a fatigue related accident than a driver running with paper. -
You may get the new hours at midnite, but not be rested. Yet the EOBR will say you are and the many companies will be looking for you to drive when hours are available.volvodriver01, Mommas_money_maker, Injun and 1 other person Thank this. -
Nope. Part of the equation is how many stops you recieve that are good and how many have a violation. The ratio is about four clean to one bad I believe, or put another way if you recieve a violation you need four "clean" ones to counter the bad points. I'd have to go find it again and frankly I'm tired of looking up stuff so believe it or not. -

Yes, I know that some carriers do pay a fee for a clean inspection. Some pay about $25. -
At one time, clean inspections did not help the driver. If that has changed, then good. There should be a way for drivers to be rewarded for good inspections. -

Now a PSP lists all inspection and crash data. So good inspections would be listed as well I believe. Really need to order mine I guess. Just don't see the point when I know what will be on it.
