    When I used Speedway gift cards at their diesel pumps it never asked for the DOT number .

    They do now.

    The one in Goshen always has asked rrecently.

    I think they got caught, because I rarely see non commercial filling up anymore.

    That's one of my least favorite Speedway's. People can't park, people always blocking the pumps, some staff members attitudes leave a bit to be desired....
