Who sleeps. right now I am in the hole. I 550 mile load will get me out of the hole and start to make money. What ticked me off, the mentor got a load before me. Yes, it was a CA load, but what is to stop me from T-Calling somewhere. My DM will also be getting a earfull, and that will be after I send a msg, request transfer.

Thought I was the only one going through this bs, I am seriously considering taking my truck and go somewhere else (currenly looking into other companies) they will give the mentor the load b4 they give the o/o (I see the game they playing that's why I become a mentor) now at the pace the student running you not making much more, they don't want to pay they student to sit around and if you the o/o running solo sit around without a load they don't have to pay you. The loads starting to fall far apart or they giving too much time between pick up and delivery you end up sitting around with the load, or you sending the mac 30 and its saying no load available which is a lie bcause they always have load available. The don't want to give you the load that's available. Example I did a mac 30 while taking a 10hr it says no load available I continue trying It for 5 hrs every hrs after my break still saying the same thing, 5 minutes later csr send me a load that picks up in half hr and I am 98 miles away.

@blsqueak I'm feeling ur pain lately I have to be paying myself out my breakdown account, its getting out of control, I don't mind running short miles but I want long miles also when you talk to them when you talk to them they say ( I'll talk to csr) why can't I talk to csr? I don't want my dm carring any msg to csr concerning me making money I want to tell csr myself so he/she know how I really feel about the way they planning my truck.

Yeah,I have often wondered who,and how its decided what gets sent back on the mac 30,the thing that ticks me off is the messages they send saying how do your mac 10 and 34 and miles, miles, miles? Where are they now?(plus all weekend with the computer problems) right at the height of the busy season? hmmmmmm

This seems to happen to me every Friday that I have a late delivery. More than once I have told that let the weekend take care of it. I am 450 miles from the home, and I am getting very close to just putting it in the wind and heading that way. This has become insane. Heck, I could go on a broker web site and find freight. I was told on both thursday and friday that mac 30 was messed up again, but had not problem with it on friday. Only problem, they were offering 30 miles dh and deliver 195 miles, still in upper NY. this is why on Monday I am asking for a transfer. After this weekend, you have proved to me that you do not have my best interests in mind, plus the POD that I am on, 4 DM's, one exp, one just finished training, and the other 2, still training.

That's crazy. I would love mac 30 option, but at this rate ill be to #### old to haul a load or dead. This system obviously doesn't work.. I never complain, and hate sitting @ terminals listening to others do so. I run everything I can legally do, only turn down a load if I can't make del ontime, and now they don't even repower the del times they just take them away. I run my ### off, and after this, the 2nd time, in 2 weeks... sucks.. I used to defend Swift when id hear bs n crud being said, now ill just sit there and nod knowing its probably true..

I just called Wal mart dc in Harrisonville, Mo and asked if I can run with them again, as my last stop is pretty #### close, and I got the ok, just need my dm to say its ok to deadhead 60 miles.. ran for them few months back and made some good coin, and its simple.

@zukimart are you company or o/o? Why do you need your dm ok to deadhead?

He is company. He was thinking about O/O. Just realized and remembered, we have a terminal, at least I think that it is still there about 20 miles from me right now, and they say that they have no freight.
