    I'll see what I can find. There is a store nearby I might find one in. It would come in handy. I need to get my body accustomed to this.

    I'll definitely be looking into it. I could really use it. I can't slow down, too young. Got to keep trucking

    Maybe by the time I get that d they'll come up with a cure lol I don't do well goin slow.

    What I can tell you is that daily stretching will help. You have time on your 10, I promise.

    Apparently it does my trainer exercises all the time he's 50 yrs old but you can't tell it

    I'll try it. Been stretching some while watching IRT. Just not feeling well rigjt now, on top of the pain

    Once you are back to rights, do a light workout 3x a week. Also, stretch after slinging chains, tarps and everything else. Stretching warmed muscles actually does more good (and causes less injury) than stretching cold ones.
