If you are one of those $5/footlong parking lot freeloaders that plug up the lot all night long and dont know how to park or back in, you should be charged $15 a night. It just amazes me how many freeloaders there are out there that think they should be allowed to park for free when they refuse to patronize a truckstop.

They charge you to take a shower if you don't buy fuel, the same should go for parking.:biggrin_2558:

They have the right to charge for anything they want to .

I have the right not do any buisness with them if I don't agree with their business practices .

They also have the right to keep freeloaders off of their property if they choose to do so.

    If parking was like showers..
Buy 50 gal, get a credit to park one night at that chain, it might be a good thing...
in the tv room, i hear owner opps brag about finding cheap fuel (at places that offer no parking...less overhead, go figure), then expect free parking in exchange for maybe buying one meal....and hearing them moan about shower prices....go figure.

If your going to charge me to park, it better be a spot big enough for my truck, it better be level, and not covered in trash and smell like piss.

There is a reason why in Texas the TA the charges for parking always has room and the J arcross the street is always packed. We spend enough in TS's not to have to pay to park in there sheety lots. The only reason why they even have parking is because if they didnt we wouldnt buy fuel, same with showers.
