True, he did. But it wasn't used in a disparaging or in a negative or insulting way.

I have spoken to Jerry, upstanding, experienced and extremely efficient, they were starting some local dedicated short-runs in Hyrum and Greeley hauling hides in containers to the railheads in Salty and Denver to be sent to China, I asked to be considered but wasn't selected. These should be good business moves, that were probably contracted out in the past, the pay was going to be fairly good for the drivers.

When I attended the Safety Meeting last week in Hyrum I suggested a Washout Database to increase OTR's efficiency, hunting these down is a clock and unpaid mile drain, I would hope to have this info included on the load header eventually if the plant has one or if there is a private one nearby.

Congrats to Janis on her promotion to Hyrum Terminal Manager, her Western regional fleet replacement DM is also a good move as he has lots of OTR and Western Regional experience.

Moe was starting a Driver Rep to the Company program to get feedback from the road, which has slowed with management changes, it would be good to get this back on track and I support Doc H's move to get this going again!

Oh and to the I of Texas, Yes I did use a last name, and as I have discussed this with the forum admins, As I am not using it in a negative way they are ok with it, Like I said the office does read this thing and I am almost confident in saying Jerry Probably already has an email with that entire post in it. regardless I do not flame these people, and uhh I try like crazy to keep it honest but like everyone who works for JBS I have my bad days, and bad weeks and I like others let loose.

As for the "favorites" getting all the miles I laugh at that due to the fact I am not on anyone's favorite list. Considering the stance I take when it comes to a driver getting screwed around there are several on here who will tell you when it comes time to shake the bushes to get someone to pay attention I #### sure will do it. And I know of two drivers on here who have benefited directly from me shaking the bushes. And in the mean time I have also suffered for doing so, but I will do it again in a heartbeat for another driver in the same situation.

DocRox, there is a database, that JBS should laready have called the american truck and trailer repair, or something like that. Not only does it show all repair places but also washouts. Last company I was at, used that to help me find washouts, when I couldn't find any in my books.
