You keep pounding away at that...
You'll have to show me a "real" quote where I ever said that " My record is due to blind luck"! I'm not a believer in "luck".
So now TAZZ has decided that we can't run the speed limit?
It does not have any effect...It is your opinion that it does.
It is also the opinion of the government that you so love having total control over your every move.
I don't "move" people out of the way...ever. You might be referring to me and some of my buddies screwing around at some point but to push someone around on the highway is something I would never do!
My first and only "premise" is that "luck" has nothing to do with my successful years and safe driving history.
I learned from the best and I adhere to his standards absolutley.
You believe a lot of things that many of us here laugh at you for!
Michigan?
Good...Then they won't object when they ask to see it and get turned down.
Thanks for your insight officer Tazz.....
I don't need to "stand up for myself" because I don't put myself in situations that will lead to that kind of investigation....
Why CSA 2010 and E-Logs are a good thing.

I've seen those Cellebrite machines! VerizonWireless stores have them because of the lack of a SIM card in their phones.
It really works! They down load all the info off your old phone and it can upload all the info to your new phone. --I could see how cops would LOVE to use those. -

Which one? There's one where I can still drive with my knee, but one that I gotta spread out a little, depending on the itch, of course...
EDIT: nevermind, misread that to mean hands off the wheel..

Nothing is going to be totally hands free. Well unless you have a really long toung and can pick your nose with it.
But the cell phone thing in place to keep people from looking down at their phones and or holding their phones to their heads for hours at a time while trying to drive a truck. -

You said there are time when you pass someone and change lanes you dont remember looking in the mirror, odd are you did without realizing because its something you've done thousands of times, like fueling your truck, ever stop and think if if put the caps back on only to see that you did and dont remember doing it?
And one last thing, you talk safety safety safety but in your sig pic your riding a bike with no helmet, no leathers and using one hand, pot meet kettle.Last edited: Nov 29, 2011

They can demand all they want, but they are not able to legally take your cell phone and download anything without a warrant or your permission. I would never give them my phone or permission to download anything. Some might try to bully an inexperienced driver into giving them what they want, but that doesn't mean that they can legally take your phone. In fact, cops are not supposed to pull anyone over without probable cause. In other words, if you are speeding, cross the line, weave or do some other traffic infraction, then that could be considered probable cause. However, the way things are these days, cops or at least the dot will pull you over at any time to do an inspection and check your paperwork. -
cops do whatever they want from what ive seen, dot or not. probable cause can be most so many things its ridiculous, and it isnt innocent until proven guilty, its always GUILTY unless you can prove youre innocent. especially when it comes to your MVR and traffic infractions, its more and more rare that you can get something reduced/ removed from record, even if minor.
you dont give a cop permission for a search and they can hold you and impound your vehicle until they get a warrant, that is unless they have probable cause or whatever trick they have.
