This is one reason why I'm going back to school...for me it is a must...
After Medical technitions and medical assistance and all...Business and finance were like second...
Accountants...I guess that's where the money is now, and where you get those million dollar bonuses just for showing up to work...that's how ya get ahead in this world now...
That's why i'm going back to school to learn numbers...
Cause to think I can labour my way to prosperitiy any more is fool hearty... -
I know a pharmicist.. younger than most on here...they were raking in around $10,000 a month....just to fill some bottles with pills...
But the level of schooling is what detracts most...you really gotta be good at math, and diciplined enough to study...Last edited: Dec 1, 2011

Boy am I in the wrong trade....
I'm at a point in my life where this stuff fasinates me though...
I hate not knowing about it, being a user, a consumer, but not an inventor...
This thread was very helpful...has got me doing some thinking...

This thread makes me feel....POOR and DUMB....: (
(LOL while crying......).... -
ON a side note I know a guy at work made 100k last year. he worked for us and had another side job driving. He made 60k at our place and 40 at the other. He worked 7 days a week for months and would take a day off then back at it again. He eventually got cought (ran two log books at two different companies) and they said no more or your fired LOL He is now very pissed every day....

if anything I'm the one who should be feeling poor and dumb...not you...
In the end, it's about character...and as long as you have that, you'll always be rich...
Schools not for everyone...or I should say going back to schools not for everyone...
But for some of us, there's really no other option right now...
Years ago...I had such a passion for aviation...
And one thing I've learned is if you don't do
what you have a passion for while the passion and
opportunity is there...sometime the window of both the
passion and opportunity go away....
And then it just becomes a fading memory...
something you have to live with...and it haunts
you like 'regret'...that you didn't give it your all
when you could or should have...
Time seems to move on whether we're persuing our dreams or not...
hardships seem to pop up, whether we're working a job we love or not...
And for to long I've ducked the technical trades or industry, and instead
would always take the short cuts...
Well in the end, the short cuts have come back to kind of haunt me... -
here's a link to careers..and what they pay...
