JBS Carriers Greeley Colorado

Just picked up a load out of tunnel hill, ga. Felt kinda strange to pick up a load at a different carrier. But my god us express terminal in tunnel hill. Is a very nice terminal. The drivers area looked very nice. Top notch

 

Yep, I am headed there now for maintenance on the truck. Very happy at USX. You should see our Springfield OH or Irving TX terminals.

 

Springfield,oh just from what you can see from 70 it looks like everything jamed in their, the old one down the road looks nicer then the one they took over from o&s.

 

Busy place but the drivers lounge and the private slate showers are awesome

Wow, What a differance in adds, In the Milwaukee Journal 12/4/11 JBS had an add looking for Diesel Acadamy Graduates and OTR Trainees, The add read, Seeking recent grads with CDL A for our Trainee Program. Need to be w/i 60 days of graduating. Exellent pay and benefits! Elite Driver Trainers! I think my fear of JBS becoming a low paying trainee company has come true. Being a former Packerland Transport driver, i had a high interest in JBS in the beginning but after talking with a few drivers, it sent up way to many red flags. I've followed the first thread that Doc Holiday started and this thread,i welcome anybody to read my earlier posts. When i did finally applied for the job earlier this year and Julie told me because i was off of work for 11 month that i had to go with a trainer for 2 months at $300.00 a week, with 34 years of driving i told her there is no way that i would agree to that. I think JBS has a long way to go before they become a professionally run Motor Carrier like Packerland, i know it does not happen over night, I just feel sorry for drivers like Doc Holiday that seem to be doing it right, and if this is where JBS is headed, it serves injustice to Doc and the other drivers that are doing it right. As i said before operating a meat company is one thing, operating a Motor Carrier is a whole differant story. Just my .02 worth

Sure hope its hot air cause its dang sure cold up here!!!!!!!!!!!! Am at the TA tonight in Maybrook, NY. Used up all my time but that stinking 55 mph speed limit in OH on US 30, sure cuts down the miles. Course "I just can't drive 55" but still...... lol

 

i guess maybe lucky you. im up in albert lea, minnesota. not so great here either

 

You got to love KW for putting the Def tank on the right side. I'm in a pete but I sure would like a 2nd bunk when the kids go with this summer.
