    NPRM says 30 after posting to the Federal Register which was the 23rd of November.

    Sounds like December 23rd to me:biggrin_2558:

    I'm still going with the first, however it would probably be a good idea to just get in the habit of not using you phone starting now.

    Why not? I spoke with 25 drivers yesterday, 12 were on the phone while driving, 1 had a bluetooth headset. The others as much as admitted they were holding the phone to their ear while driving. So time to develop new habits, start strict work back to sanity.


    Heck we had one guy holding the phone to his ear as he crossed the scale.
