When ppl realize trucking isn't going to roll out the red carpet for you, drivers will be happier. I've learned to base my career moves on what interests me. I.e. pay, benefits, running lanes and time off. No matter what a company will have former drivers just completely embellish everything. Make a list of what you want as a driver then roll with it. Worse thing you can do is listen to a bitter ex employee. My company gets some of the worst reviews on here for dumb ####. I on the other hand completely love where im at. Its a industry full if constant hear say and exaggeration. Its like a JR. High school, non stop gossip.

LIVE N LEARN on your own. For all you know that company you decided to pass on cus joe blow was fired for being careless or lazy but decided to flip the story and say he was lied to and left in a truck stop with no food or money for a week with no load, that company could be your perfect cup of tea.

I don't disagree with bad companies. I have a horrible experience myself but its different strokes for everyone.

Drivers need to learn the good ol saying " if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is".
