Do you have a truck with the newest (last) version of the Series 60 Detroit Diesel?

Would you still have bought your 07 Western Star if it had the (exhaust filter) 07 EPA Series 60 in it?

The 14L S60 is the current engine here in New Zealand. It has EGR and DPF, but no SCR. I believe it is an EPA07 engine running EPA04 emission standards. It is a Detroit engine, but has DDECVI(Temic) controls.
Engine Sensor Harness has caused a few issues.

DD15 is also available here in the Coronado and Argosy.

I'm running a 2008, original dpf filter from what I'm told, the regens get more frequent when it gets cold, but the one I drive has had less problems than the other 9. 477k on the clock.

Lugs better than the ISX engines I have driven and seems to do better on fuel, and this is a Series 60.

We now have a few DD15s, they are getting better fuel mileage right from the start, and perform better, with quicker response.

We have some issues they are addressing by putting winter fronts on the trucks, I don't see that it would help much, but if it does, I'll post on it.

So, there's a total of 10 trucks? All with the "DPF" version of the Series 60? Yours has 477,000 miles? What kind've problems do the other 9 trucks have??
