well i hope ever1 had a good christmas. AT just wondering what LST has as an idle policy. is it something rediculous like a lot of companies? also i think you kindof answered this in a previous post, but what is the deal with hometime. i know you said u stay out bout a month, but what do they tell you hometime is in orientation. preciate it in advance as always and stay safe ou there.

home time is up to you and your dispactcher, they like drivers that stay out a few weeks at a time.

There is no idle policy (fuel bonus is based on MPG's though)

I'll be spending the night in my truck tonight so i can leave around 4:30-4:45am so i can be in Sanford around 730-745 am. (my truck is 3 miles from my house, so rather then have my dad get up, drive all the way across charlotte to my house then to my truck, im just going to have him drop me off there tonight.

I've got it all setup, microwave wouldnt fit ANYWHERE usefull so i slid it under the bed, i'll just have to pull it out when i want to use it, tv is in. I even figured out what the hello to do with all my clothes!

In my Century i had a 2nd bunk, so i tossed the matteress and put 2 BIG rubbermaid contrianers up there with all my clothes and i still had a ton of storage room up there too.

Well this truck not so much...soooooo I got 3 plastic crate looking things (they are for Hanging files) and they stack and fit PERFECTLY in the closets! And i bought a 3 drawer plastic storage thing from the dollar store and put that on top of the 3 stacked crates, and now i have more room then then last truck for clothes. And i have all my jackets/hoodies hanging in the other closet. Everything is working out pretty good on fitting stuff.

My dad also gave me a big roll of commercial carpet, i cut up a bunch of it and put it in my MT box on the tractor along with my tool box. And i still have a ton left over just in case i need more, i wasnt sure how much padding or how i was going to need it cut up so i just put huge pieces rolled up in there and i can cut it to what i need when i need it..
