Caught a break and got the only loaded trailer at Kimberly Clark 5 hours early. Sitting at Lenoir and going to get my A service done in the morning and finish out the trip to Owensburg, KY tomorrow and hopefully get something out of there with my remaining few hours left before settling in for a 34.

Picked up a 43K pound load of sheet glass at Pittsburgh Glass Works off Victory Blvd. Pretty sweet load, 7 metal containers loaded with long sheets of glass. Made sure I didn't do a Hugh Roland with that load

 

Another real solid day. Put in another 500+ day and had 15 minutes remaining on my 70. Doing a reset in Nashville as I dropped my trailer off in the dropyard and btailed back to the Pilot. Had to do some outside of the box thinking today as 4 Cretes were stuck in Owensboro, KY with me at the Kimberly Clark plant. I talked to the yard guy and found out someone had dropped a reefer trailer which they wouldn't use. I called and managed to finagle its use and got a load of steel picking up down the road with enough time to make it back to Nashville instead of sitting in Owensboro all day waiting on a load in the morning and screwing my reset.
