I found the blue truck in Atlanta, he is a ltl owner op that runs out of the Litlonia terminal. Sloppy, dirty and the truck is a wreck. Suprised they let him run here.

So what's the DOT medical exam like? What kind of tests do they do and what are the requirements to pass?

 

I have been trying to get a hiring map for them, but it's not on their website: it looks like they only hire on the East Coast, right? No Cali?

 

no groovy they do hire out of cali. we actually have day cabs and locals that run out there. the only state that i thought they didn't hire out of for the acadamy until recently was illinois because of the pain in the but it is to transfer licenses there.

 

dot physical is an eye exam, a urin screening, hearing test and a couple other little bs things. they do check blood in the urin and sugar levels
