It's very random. I'm in Fontana agàin. Parked in yard to avoid paying to park elsewhere. Rare to come to same terminal twice in one week.

Smaggs Thanks this. -
On the yard in Joliet, Il.. just dropped my relay, took a whole hour to move one trailer and then do some trick backing which involved jumping a curb and a bunch of wiggling to get it into the spot.. not to pretty but it's not on my fifthwheel plate anymore.. yard has no empty spaces, and what's really bad is that bobtails are taking up trailer spaces.

Smaggs
saw your video for B service and the note you left, did the note work? and did they leave a note in return? -
Took whatever FM put up & at the end of the week always added up to a good check. I never understood those guys that preferred to sit days in Fontana. -
Enjoyed reading this thread.
I'm also in PHX. Keep it up Smaggs! -
I'm not sticking around. I'm still waiting on several days of layover pay and they had me work for free all day last Friday. I did a t call in sparks, nv. The other driver barely spoke English. Brought me a trailer with three flats, no blades Nd no mudflats. Once ii got those rrpairs, I discovered a destroyed reefer chute after getting unloaded. Took me all day Friday the 23rd to find a good empty trailer. By this time the shipper closed for the holiday. I was supposed to be home by then. I bobtailed 330 miles home and then knight decided not to pay me for the whole day I spent driving around southern Cali nor for going home. Then they tried to make me go back out in Christmas. I asked for Christmas and new year six weeks in advance.
Every time I try to go home, they constantly bug me for "favors" but they can't even remember to pay me for the work I already did. -
I need a new job. The dispatchers are all full of crap. Ive spent the last month getting ripped off. I think I grossed 1200 for all of December.
Surfer Joe Thanks this. -

Ouch! only have 6 months experience? Its going to be tough for ya. Just keep in mind December and February are the slowest months out of the year. I know it sucks, but try to stick out. Maybe come spring Knight will get you some miles again.
I feel for you though. good luck in what ever you choose.
