What should I do or what forum should I go to with this.... I have to turn in my co drivers logs and noticed he's writing his self in early and writing his self out later to get more pay per week. Ends up getting loads of extra hours :biggrin_2556:

    Stealing time its called.
We are often told that time is our most precious commodity, yet this is often viewed
    as no big deal.

I agree about the time stealing. Not sure how to turn him in without causing too much drama. Do you know anyone that has legal advice about it? Thanks

take it up with safety first. let them deal with it. if it continues and it doesnt seem safety has done anything go up the COC. till you reach the president or CEO of the company.

Your call. As a driver it may not be worth it to do anything because it will usually come back to haunt you. If the company doesn't have anything in place to catch this type of thing then they are to blame for not doing their job as well as they should. That doesn't mean I think what he is doing is right, it is just between him and the company. If you have good relations with the bosses or you work for a smaller outfit that is hurting as a result of this then that may be enough to get you involved but again it is your call.

Why in the world would a team operation need to fudge the logs???? Unless its one of those pretend team companies that dont have enough frieght to keep the drivers rolling?? I used to team, it was pretty simple, I put my foot the floor (65 mile an hour trucks) and run 11 hours, fuel and switch....fudging why?
