starting 2012 with a bang - TMC orientation

Everything was going fine.I pass all the test for the day sofar. I did the tarp test with no problem then whent to lunch. After lunch I got called in to the office. They told me that I had no problem lifting the tarp but I use my back and not my legs . whent back to class and started to pack my things. The class was paying more attention to me and not randy. I told them what Todd had told me.everyone was sayin bull #### . Randy ask me if I wanted him to go fight for me. I aid Hell yes. They told me to learn better lifting technique then reapply after 10days . There was 2 guys that could not even pick up the tarp. I did the complete test with no problem.
What do I do ? Wait 10 day? And come back to be told the same thing

 

Yes I am on the bus now. Tmc said they have to go by what the physical therapist tells them. He made the call not tmc. Todd told me that they have to go by what the therapist tells them. physical therapist told tmc that I hyper extended my back. That would lead to future injuries .

 

Yes I have 10 year flatbed experience

 

There is nothing more or less to the story. I have nothing to hide. I weigh 120 LBS I pick the tarp up like is was nothing. The other guys in my class said #### your strong for being small. The only thing I can think of is tmc can use hyper extending my back for an excuse, so that I can't get them for weight discrimination.
