Question? the sleep studies are for jbs drivers who drive jbs veichels, who have a neck of 17" or bigger? shouldnt that also go for anyone who drivers any JBS cars, trucks, tractors?

Can anyone tell me why I can pull a 46,000 lb load with a KW and get the axle weights legal by sliding the 5th wheel but I'm OVER GROSS with a 43,000 lb load?????
Trailer is a newer one but have pulled many of them with no problem.
Sucks that I was 40 miles away from plant when I scaled, thought that the scale HAD TO BE WRONG, drove another 50 miles to another truck stop just to find out that I weighed 80,120lbs.
Guess J.B.S., if worried about C.S.A. scores, should make sure we either have accurate scales at EVERY plant that WE ARE ALLOWED TO USE, or that the paperwork and the loaders are accurate with the product going on these trucks.
My best guess is that the weight on the paperwork must be off but I don't get paid to waste time trying to fix others mistakes so I axled out best I could and am 597 miles into my 1060 mile journey.....
Scooby, this is why I'm a self-proclaimed SUPERTRUCKER!!!!!!!
and you question me? LOL!!!!!
Heading out from Pilot in Indiana, going to make last leg of run by 2pm, hopefully! -
well if you get caught it your own fault for posting it on here dont think dot reads this ha ha ha hope for the best for you lmao!!!!!!!!!!!!!
srvmcmxc Thanks this. -
I stated I weighed 80120 lbs when I weighed. What I guess I should have stated for those who don't know was after burning approximately 24 gallons of fuel that brings me under gross and legal by all conservative accounts.
So I'm LMFAO at D.O.T., and you for thinking I was that stupid to run 1060 miles without GETTING legal ASAP
