You'd be better off renting/leasing from Paclease....they GIVE you a replacement truck when your's goes down and they can't fix it.

Sitting in the dock last night in Ontario, OR trying to get this load reloaded. QC beeps: Preplan. P/U 1/4 noon. Delivers 1/5 in Salem MO.
Hmmmm.
Ignored it. Got cancellation message this morning. -
So does Stevens

Well, decided to get this year off to a good start.
In Rawlins tonight. Left Ontario this morning. 651 miles.
Did it in 10 hours and 56 minutes.
I know, I know...Mother will camp on that one. But I started and didn't stop, so there's no place for her to call "COMPRESSION!"
Surprised at how little snow here in Wyoming this year! You'd think it was only November. -
Didn't you just sit for days one end and lose a load? Paclease would have you up and running OR give you a replacement truck immediately.
-
No, we dont get one immediately, but we do get breakdown pay. If the fix is extended we also get loss of revenue pay or a loaner truck. It all works out fine. It wouldnt of even been much of a big deal if it had not been a holiday weekend.
-
Breakdown pay>what's that and how much?
-
I just watched a video on YouTube shot by a driver going over Tioga Pass on January 2. It was the latest the Pass has ever been open and there was almost NO snow visible. It was like it is in Spring.
It's a weird winter. -
Corporal_Clegg and flightwatch Thank this.
-
Breakdown Pay = Pay you get when your broke down.
Im not sure how much. First time Ive had to get it.
