Has anyone an opinion on them, or know much about this company.? I know they have about 160 trucks on the road. Usuallly the quiet companies are the better ones.

I thought Wiltrans was leased solely to Prime, if I remember right they started out as a small O/O group and grew with Prime's help... I could be wrong so don't hold me to it but... If they are then you'd probably be better off going to Prime, get the first shot at everything!!
    Good Luck!

Yeah, Wil Trans is a small fleet leased to Prime pulling Prime trailers. Not sure how you're dispatched, but Payroll is thru Wil Trans.

Training period when I talked to them was 18 months? Team was mandatory for that time.

Guess that was a little harsh. Talked to a recruiter in April. She explained the relationship with Prime, and after a 5 minute speech, that's what I came away with. Also, after she pushed and pushed lease. After I told her there was no way I was doing a lease/purchase, she hung up on me.

I've been talking to a WIL-TRANS recruiter for 2 weeks and he has yet to mention "lease"........did mention .38cpm after training, so it cant be that bad with all the other benefits!
I haven't heard a complaint from any of their drivers, so I tend not believe anybody else.

Thought about going to Wil Trans. Since there has been so much neg. stuff said about Prime. Not too comfy to know that Wil and Prime are partners.
