Just spoke with my friend that finished orientation today, he will be leaving for training Sunday morning. I asked about the 'class' size and stuff, said they started with 5 and ended up with 4. I guess the 5th guy went to another school in the area ( I wont get into names lol) and he didn't know how to shift. When the other students asked him what happened he said he didn't really drive at school. Can't say I didn't get nervous when he said that lol altho I know I made sure I got my 44 hours of drive time one on one (minus breaks we usually had after 2-3 hours). Said the trucks were a lot easier to drive than the ones we had at school (they were kinda ghetto) and said not to be surprised if they had someone ready to train with thursday morning right after orientation was done on wed. I do know that's not always the case, but I should just be ready![]()
