    Recruiters are commission based. He missed out on getting his nickle for you getting through orientation and was trying a second time to collect it.

    I start my new job Monday. I liked the idea of this company before TMC. I just do not like thier home time. I looked in to maverick, but can not bring my self to drive auto frightliner.
    New truck 2012 not a 2007
    APU and inverter
    70 mph not 62
    .41cpm to start
    40.00 to tarp not 10.00

    Why is that the first question that people ask?

    Even if it wasn't corporate policy I wouldn't divulge whom I work for and where I live. Too many trolls and crack heads in this world!

    Dropdeck, glad to hear you got with company X. Still the whole tarp debacle sucks. Im wordering if you sae alot of drivers on light duty at the hotel with back issues? That may be why they had the physical therapist there.

    Yeah I meet a few at the hotel. One guy rode the hotel shuttle van to pick us up from gray hound. He was a nice guy with a good sense of humor . We were all telling jokes on the way back to the hotel. I'm not sure what he was on lite duty for. He had 101 swift jokes.

    No thier pay and equipment did not match up to my needs. Now I know how you felt on your bus ride home. what a waste of my time. If I did not get the boot I would have stayed there. I don't mind stupid rules . I put up with that for ten years at my last job. In reality TMC is just another driver mill with a high turn over rate.
