I am Needing feedback on Train Your Partner Programs

    I am looking for a company paid Train Your Partner Program where I will be taking the CDL class and my boyfriend will be my trainer. I could use all the input I can get please.

    Noonehas any feedback for me? Come on now. I will be leaving for CRST in January so plz if there are other companies that do the train your partner program id appreciate it.

    I know this is a little late but CRST and Southern Cal Transport has train your team partner programs. Thats the only ones i know of. Ive been look myself too.

    I'm pretty sure expedite companies let you train your spouse . An expedite straight truck pays better and is a whole lot better lifestyle than OTR . I have seen at least a couple of couples here start teaming at expedite right out of school .

    We had a member here a while back (Texas Nana ) whose husband trained her at Swift . I don't know if her blog is still here .

    Can you name some companys? Not sure how I would look that up.

    FedEx Custom Critical , Panther are the biggest . The FECC recruiting will send you a bunch of info showing the average income and percentage availability of each class unit last year . 75% availability is standard in expedite . Most teams run 3 weeks then take a full week off .

    This forum should help fill in the gaps. I would not lease a truck out of the gate, ask FECC for an owner looking for drivers.....they have a list.
