This has been discussed before . He knows he's wrong . If he pulls intro the coop he will be the one at fault . I bet if the truck was impounded because it was in violation and he knew it he would be liable for the fine .

There's whistleblower protections, he can ask for them.

Besides, what's his other choice? Get nailed for the whole thing on his own? Again?

dont know why everyone is so scared of dac. i drive truck because i like to. before that i worked disputes for experian credit bureau. they have to follow the truth in credit reporting act of 1997. biggest loop hole is the 30 day responce. cert your mail and they have 30 days from post date to prosses send to company wait for reply by mail. if its not done with in 30 days by federal law it must be moved. that alone gives you a 50 50 chance to have it removed for a 100% chance do this. pay a local attorney to send a bull crap threatenning letter on his company letter head and envolope. send your dispute with it and cert mail.when it gets to dac they will think its legal mail and forward it to the legal department and will not open it legal has to. legal opens it and says aww crap there is a dispute in it.they then send it back to the mail room days later for them to prosses.by the time they even get it out of dac and in the mail to the trucking company 14 to 18 will probably go by.the trucking company then has to prosses it and send it back. chances of it being done with in 30 if use the fake lawyer threat is unlikly at best. can use this on credit problems too. with the credit bureau do it at xmass they will fail every time. they are back logged a good 3 weeks at that point. system is overwealmed nov 15 til about jan15. so sending it in december really messes them up

i know i was wrong by not notice the expired sticker, i contacted comercial enforcement , told them the situation, they said if they pull me over, they will give the company another fine and will give them 15 days to inspect the truck, also by the company rule, i will probably pick up that fine too. so the officer let me go not giving me a fine, pretending as it i never talked to him. I also contacted a lawer, and he said when companies like this get sued, they dissapier. today I received at home a fedex with brand new inspection and sticker, dated dec 28, 2011 ( when i was not even there with the truck), I guess its a dead end, im taking a load tomorrow to nashville, in a mean time i am looking for a job. thanks everyone for the advices!
