Boy, with the problems with the original L9000 and now these filters, I am reassured every day that the Donaldson filters I have been using since I bought the truck was the right move.

UPDATE!!! Sorry guys I screwed up the filter number, it is the 9080. The 9070 is longer one and we don't really use it so it still may have the same issues. I had some more pictures of the filters themselves, but I can't get them upload right now. I was also told by one of our service guys that NAPA filter installed really nicely, it just "felt" better if you know what I am talking about. Apparently we are in touch now with our local Fleetguard rep so I hope to have some kind of official word soon!

Fleetguard rep came in today. No surprise, he has never seen or heard of this before.

This ain't cool, just found our first filter with a piece of oring missing, and this was the black oring style already. Lucky for me out of my fleet of 30 trucks I only have 3 isx's. Bad news is I had one of my mechs check the used oil filter barrel and found a few more missing pieces of oring.

Oh man, I am sorry to hear that. We found another one yesterday too! Customer is coming back asap to get the pan pulled down!
