Ok then why did you go on the offensive for? I said the people that are happy at jbs are the cheerleaders. And you took offense to that. If your not even employed here then why bother. And not for nothing but you may not be able to pass the ergo test at jbs having suffered a heart attack. I have now started to apply to jobs that will pay me 1300-1500 a WEEK and with weekends off. And they don't even give a rats ### about some sleep bull@hit. So once again if anyone is happy at jbs great for them. I'm done with reefers and the crap sit and wait and wait and wait for zero pay the lack of miles. All crap at jbs carriers. Why in the helll do you think they are offering a $5,000 bonus for? Now that's the million dollar question to ask? Because life at jbs sucks and its not great and drivers are dropping off like flies, and jbs is desperate for drivers. But what do I know, I'm just a dumb ### truck driver.

I do know that but what YOU fail to realize is this post has NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM TAKING THE TEST. It has to do with WHAT IS THE RULE AND IS IT FAIRLY APPLIED TO EVERYONE.

Dear god how does no one understand this????????

I only quoted you for the simple being that you asked if anyone at jbs was happy? And I simply responded yea the jbs cheerleaders.

Wow the BASIC lack of comprehension here is SCARY.

Yes Tankerman waited until the last minute. Wwouldn't of changed a thing. Once you fail the test you will be out a MINIMUM of 2 weeks NO PAY PERIOD. Really doesn't matter when he did it the only difference in his case would be when he actually sat. then or now.

here maybe if i simplify it you all will understand.

You come on the JBS and are told if you get 4 pts on your license you will be suspended a minimum of 2 weeks no pay. You get a 2 pt ticket and someone from safety says your suspended without pay. WHY? You where told its 4 pts not 2. "I say 2" You go to the head of safety and he says " your right its supposed to be 4pts before suspended but hey he says 2 we'll go with that" Then some random outside person calls you that doesn't even directly work for your company and tells you that ACTUALLY its one pt and your suspended without pay. WTF??

Would you all then say hey you got a ticket just take the suspension? Even when you fall UNDER the guidelines for suspension? Even when you know many others who didn't get suspended for the same or worse that you did? REALLY? yeah I think not. You would be screaming how YES I got a ticket, my responsibility, but WHY am I being singled out??? What EXACTLY is the rule??

Ever think maybe..... just maybe.... we do comprehend. However your complaints as a whole don't really hold much water. Yes, the general idea seems nice on the outside. Once you dig deep your ultimately saying a company shouldn't be allowed to make rules that directly effect you. If your husband wasn't flagged for sleep ap, I guarantee you wouldn't be such a advocate for the rules. You say he's already scheduled. Good. Like I said, it's a issue that needs to be addressed. Ultimately you can leave the company if you don't like their rules. Its very simple.

    #### the post going on here. Tankerman I feel ya and totally understand what your going through. I am still keeping my fingers cross that you get a new job soon. I am also behind you on the cheerleaders are the happy one here. At less for the mean time. They will soon be treated like the others here that are not happy here at all.

Ladydriver I know what you are saying also. If there is a standard everyone one needs to be held to it not just a few or one, and the standard needs to be the same across the board. Not change for one by any means. Weather it be who is saying what that standard is, who they are talking to ect. Also the communication of JBS is so bad its not funny. you should know what is expected of you to pass there test or there standards before coming to orientation and also the already employed should be told of the upcoming changes before the change happens. I do understand that you are that your hubby will be getting check just in case to make sure he is in better health. But to not have a straight answer on it is beyond retarded. I also hope everything works out for you and your hubby soon.

I for one have been stating that the communication of this company needs to be fixed. Seeing that they are offering $5000.00 sign on bonus is funny. Just shows that they can not keep anything together to keep the drivers they have. JBS has lost some very good drivers in the past few months. I will even go along and say I was one of them. I am not sad that I left as I am now with another company still picking up JBS loads and smiling as I drive out the gate looking at JBS driver setting and waiting. Now in the end I left JBS because I was following there policies and they wouldn't. When you have to fight and argue with your FM over the policies is beyond stupid. I do feel that anyone in the OFFICE is ONLY out for them self and will step on any person and driver to make sure they are out of hot waters. For Newbies wanting to come to JBS please read this thread and decide for yourself. That way if you don't like working for JBS then you can only be mad at yourself for not making a good decision and if you do like it then give yourself a pat on the back you made it throw the mouse maze.

Either way complaint or not it is best to get it off your chest here and not at the one your mad at. Keep it safe out there. See you all on the big road.
