I rolled into town on Thursday with three job offers. Ya you might have to sleep in your car for a night but it should never be more than that. No excuse to not get hired right now.

LightsOutND, jvar4001 and daf Thank this.

Bighog, you might be right, but I think we all know what's coming:
There will be a front page story about somebody freezing to death in their car or camper, and then we will have all kinds of problems.

Get an OTR job. Do your time in the barrel to prove your worthiness. Expecting the Gov't to enact a program to help you. What are you? You are not a man. WORK dude!

you would be better off in a man camp hell ive seen them as low as 800 month with meals. I know its not much but what does someone really need up there. A bed small closet for cloths wifi pretty simple. Now what I wish is that I somehow inherit 3-400 acres from an unknown realitive with full mineral rights. Heck even if there isnt oil I Could just put up a big man camp and be rich

Bring a good sleeping bag and they would be fine. You have to be prepared to take this step. I had four months of planning under my belt before I showed up and it paid off.

Moratorium on man camps so you better go to plan B....

Also any legit man camps are around $100 per day. I'd hate to see what the place that is advertising $800 per month is like. Probably a broom closet somewhere. Going rate for a 2br apt is $2500 per month.
