    Well first one down or in however you wanna say it. Not too bad leg is sore this afternoon, but they said to expect that for a bit. now lets see if it does anything in the coming months gotta do it every two weeks

    My bloodwork showed it to be in the low end of the "normal" range. They gave me monthly shots, but no big change. Did they tell you that our fat makes estrogen, therefore offsetting our T-level? I think we men who are overweight have to suck it up and deal with that as part of our manly health.
    I use DHEA too. It does help. L-Arginine is for bloodflow, not T-levels. Throw some niacin in the mix for even more boost to bloodflow.
    I need to lose 40lbs to get within a normal range for my age and height. That would help the T just by reducing the estrogen level...

    yeah we went over all of that.I have been using DHEA but it didn't help. they say it will take awhile. mine are twice a month for now at low dose will probably go up after a bit. I was at 128 really low! 400 is normal depending on who you talk to.

    Another natural way to up your testosterone is to eat 4 or 5 eggs every night before going to bed. Your body will use the cholesterol from the eggs to produce testosterone, upping your levels. Also, strength training is another natural way to up your test levels. It's quite easy to do kettlebell swings while on the road, and that would help your posterior chain(which every driver can use help with), help you gain strength, and help to up your test levels.

    Eating eggs in the morning is a great way to keep the fat off. Which helps with keeping the test levels up. However, for breakfast, it doesn't have to be eggs. Eating 30 grams or more of protein within 30 minutes of waking helps to prime your body for the day.

    yeah don't need the big C in the morning like that. but I am changing the way I eat. and one weird thing while we're talking about this. Last night I slept thru the night! first time in 3 years this morning I get up and feel great! I had energy all day and was almost jumping around I was feeling so good. its too soon for that kind of effect! so I don't understand.

    Dietary cholesterol from eggs is not your enemy. Eggs give you good cholesterol. If you have a high bad cholesterol number, and a low good cholesterol number, eating eggs will help to give you a much better ratio of bad to good, which is just as important(and recent research suggests even MORE important) than your total cholesterol number.
