CO requires at least one strobe in the front and two in the back....Also two flags on either side of the most forward part of the load...The bumper...Yep....When you apply for permits, the whole thing load and all, the tractor and trailer included, is actually the "load"...
Two more flags at the nose of the trailer...
Two more at the end of the psychical part of the load...Two at the end of the trailer and Yes...those strobes.....

    Sorry...that's the reg.....

    Robert Gift Thanks this.

At least he didn't take a video with his dashcam and post it on youtube with some dumb commentary bashing the trucker.
Bashing the trucker - sounds like a euphemism for.....:biggrin_25517:

Hey Mr. Gift...You wouldn't have happened to be the 4-Wheeler who was running the zipper on 70 W/B before the Georgetown and not allowing any trucks to pass?

FYI....Snow is just a nuisance to most of us who run Vail.....Not a reason to "Shut Down"....

Actually the dashcam DID video it and everyone's comments!
    I STUPIDLY accidentally erased it.

(Every driver should use a hardrive or SD-card camcorder.
Records many hours. Videos can beasily saved or erased in seconds. )
Setting in thExpedition's dash-tray, it can beasily picked up and aimed elsewhere. (Caught a topless woman sitting behind a Harley rider on I-70.)

Not bashing. Complaining about BLINDING lights needlessly flashing.
