"Don't taze me, Bro" .......... I've only been a member on here for 7 days, dude !! I'm still walkin' the streets everyday pickin' up soda bottles and turnin' 'em in for the 5 cent deposit for gas money out there. .....It's difficult.......all I keep findin' are these worthless aluminum cans......doesn't anybody buy glass bottle soda's anymore ?? Betcha I had ta' throw away 100 lbs. of those aluminum cans this week. I wish they had a 5 cent deposit on those, the grocery manager told me they don't have one on cans. But he was nice enough to haul 'em away for me. Some people are real nice like that. If ya wanna 'pick' on somebody fer not workin' yet, why don't ya' say somethin' ta' somebody who's been on here for longer than 7 days ?? J*cough*var. Poor noob's been on here for ???? well, lets just say............ a...................while................. now. But I'm makin' progress, today I found 3 uncanceled, unlicked, 20 cent stamps !! Maybe I can sell those at the post office before the U.S. Post Office closes the closest branch. Ya know, I hate ta' think evil of folks, but I'm startin' ta' be a little suspicous of that grocery manager. Lately, he gets real huffy when I bring in two or three bottles and only 40 or 50 cans. He says I'm greedy. "Thinkin' only about yourself !!!, You should be more concerned about the litter problem around here !!!! " I don't think he really cares about the litter problem at all, because when I brought him a bag full of cigarette butts out of his stores parking lot today, he threw 'em back at me !!!! He screamed something about "they don't count, the cans, the cans, I said !!! leave the rest of the trash right where you find it !!! " But he was nice enough to take those heavy cans away. Do you think I should go see another grocery store manager ?? Maybe the next one will be nice enough not to throw the cigarette butts back at me. What do you guys think ?? Paul ? theHorny, oops !! tHorny, dang keyboard......theHornet.........yeah that's the ticket ! ( Jon Lovitz ) ?? Gisquid, I'd ask your opinion too........but I'm afraid you might actually post it on here, so I'll refrain.

Mr. Couto, works so slow down there that you're running a Haberdashery besides your front desk gig and the Waterhaulin' ?? I appreciate your concern for my wardrobe, but I've never been one of those 'suit and tie' types. But as long as you don't try fitting me with one of those 'Texas neckties' made outta hemp with thirteen twists ( aka a Jack Ketch knot ) 'eets awl gude'. That hemp gets kinda scratchy on my neck, donchaknow.

It was good to see GISQUAD at orientation today, he started telling me how he found his way down to The Promised Land from the Colorado Mtns., sitting right next to me, he began by saying I've been in touch with some guy named Paul from the Truckers Forum, I looked over at him and asked , by chance, would Couto accompany that name, , - dead on bro., we laughed ,,shared stories, than buckled down to some real good safety material on our first day.. - Again, I would like to thank you Sir, for your thoughtfulness by introducing to me a very good company in a very good industry.., it's time for the patches in the permian basin.
oh, btw, I threw a nice little energy stock portfolio together for you to peak at when you have time, a few small cap, mid cap, and large cap companies.

    thanks cout,

I was in Texas this past week dealing with some family issues. I didn't see much activity in the DFW area, but now that I've started school, I should be down there again mid-March, and I spose I'll focus around Sonora, or Midland/Odessa. Got room for one more there? :biggrin_255:

If you've ever heard of a place described as, "There ain't ##### out there."

Well..West Texas makes a place like that look like paradise. :D
