Hi guys,
I have enjoyed reading your posts and decided to apply to both FedEx & Conway Freight.
I applied to Conway in Toledo & FedEx in Lima, OH. I live near Detroit so you know ltl jobs are hard to find. Hopefully one of them can train me on doubles since I font ha e the endorsement for it, but I'm willing to get it. My wife and I are tired of me being away from home, even if it's for a week.

-
Man you're everywhere LOL .. 51c per mile 21hr on dock and drop /hook and fueling pay.
-
I know very little about both...but my brother inlaw is a airplane mechanic...makes great $$$$ lots overtime and good benifits ...I would go Fed Ex first...conway freight second....just my 2 cents

I`m a newbie thinking about truck driving, but what is line-haul? thanks.
-
Line haul is where you either go from your terminal to another terminal with a trailer to drop one and pick up one, bring the trailer that you picked up and return it back to your terminal . Some guys who do line haul actually drive to another terminal in a tractor trailer and work the dock until they leave and go back to their original terminal with a trailer.

Line haul pays the best in freight!!
