    Load I just delivered was supposed to be tarped, but the shipper didn't know nothing about it? I picked up load it was sitting outside after be rained on
    So needless to say tarp didn't hop on it.

    i unloaded 45,000lbs of copper (untarped) in the st louis IL area and they just left it on the ground outside....
